Reiki is a Japanese word which translated means 'universal life force energy'. It is an ancient Japanese hands on technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. Reiki works on your chakra's and aura. A natural healing method whereby energy is passed from the practitioners hand through specific areas of the body where blockages have occurred over time.

In a healing session the energy is channelled through and intuitively guided by the pratitioner. The client will experience the healing as either being quite hot or cold. The energy is extremely soothing and works on a deep level, clearing out unwanted energy in the aura/chakra's... the benefits are profound.

Reiki is practised by developing awareness of our energetic self and bring together that with universal energy into our beings to revitalise, free from emotional issues and physical disorders that no longer serve us. It promotes the body's regenerative self healing ability, restoring harmony and balance.

Reiki stimulates the emotional body and allows it to vibrate at higher levels and the experiences that formed low vibrational clouds are released. Past hurts are brought to the surface and forgiveness for yourself and others takes place.
