Angel Tarot Guidance

Umm i'm not sure why my heading is the peak of summer... the weather here in Manchester has been far from summery of late! ha

I must also confess to being a wee bit lazy of late too, some of you may notice there is no blog for July, but I decided it would be easier to combine it with August.

July was busy to say the least, lots of events and networking has been done. I've been out and about doing readings, healings and hypnotherapy... I love to be busy!

In between my work I managed to find the time to do some much needed cleansing, on a spiritual level of course.

Cleansing is very necessary in my line of work and is beneficial to all of us in life.

Basically on a daily basis we all interact with others. We collect other peoples energies too, be they negative or positive.

Negative energies can be harmful to our energetic bodies. It can result in tiredness, negative thoughts & bad health and mood to name a few, hence why I make it good practice to cleanse.

Cleansing purifies our energies so that we are able to operate fully and vibrate at a higher level.

The meditations on the website can help you do this.

Another good method for cleansing is by taking a bath in sea salt. You just add a handful to a warm bath and allow yourself to soak for a while, this rids the body of negative energies and impurities.

Salt is a very powerful cleanser, some of you may already know this.

I'm keeping this brief and therefore signing off now.

I still in shock that it's August! Where on earth did the time go? ha
