A very very belated Happy New Year! Seeing as we are now in February!

Apologies for the delay... it seems i've been slacking! ha

2010 is here and in full swing. I must say I am relieved to see the back of January, it is always such a long month, but I feel this year it was exceptionally longer due to my fathers passing and the funeral not taking place until January 6th.

It a slow road to recovery, for my mother especially... but I feel i'm adjusting well. The strange thing is I often have to remind myself as a little part of it just doesn't seem that real? Strange but true!

New year on the whole is an invigorating time I feel, it is inspiring and fills us with optimism... the prospect of so many pleasant months ahead and all the new memories to be made within that year, the coming and going of each season  and the dreams & wishes that we hope to fulfil... don't you just love it? What's not to love? It like being given a new lease of life and a clean slate! Bring it on!

I must say I myself am hoping to achieve some great things this year and I truly believe that anything is possible.. a little positive thought goes a long way!

Last year was mixed but so many opportunites and blessings came my way and I hope I have even greater opportunities this year.

Blessings come in many disguises and life is a continous lesson, embrace it, love & learn!

I am going to keep this post short and sweet and hope to make some more frequent blog entries this year... will do my best and keep you all updated.
