So here it is, the final days of 2009.

2009 has been an interesting year for me, many opportunites, countless blessings and unfortunately some very difficult times.

As some of you may know, my father was diagnosed with cancer in September 2009 and regretably lost his very short battle on 17th December 2009.

RIP father I love you dearly.... Rest after weariness and peace after pain.

The hardest thing i've learned about life, is that it goes on! and this is the mantra I remind myself of daily. It has been difficult to face my birthday and the festive period whilst grieving for someone so close to me, but I am getting through it with the help of my family & friends.

Now back to business! Many of us have been experiencing difficult times of late and this is all in preperation for the coming year. The things that no longer serve us and have no place in our lives will be leaving us and the things that are relevant and needed will stay.

Change is hard for everyone, but is something unavoidable. Some changes are easier to embrace than others, but no matter what the change, just know that the changes taking place are for the greater good and the universe will provide all of what we need.

and on that note I am going to leave this as my final entry for 2009.

I would like to thank you all for your support and love during 2009 and hope that our friendships and love will grow and mature in the coming year.
