Angelscopes for May 2012

Aries:

Love is in the air this month and this is not necessarily about romantic relationship, but there is a general feeling of love for all things in your life at the moment, a deep sense of gratitude and purpose. You are more than happy with your lot. Whilst others around you may be struggling to keep their heads above water and remain positive, you are presently basking in the glow of contentment, an absolute joy to be around. Others are very drawn towards you presently. Enjoy the abundance of love in its purest form as truly that is all our hearts yearn for and desire.

Taurus:

New doors opening for you this month and new starts are likely, however, it is not all likely to be plain sailing here. There are obstacles that you must overcome and chores which you are to endure. If you are willing to put in the effort and the time, the rewards will be yours. It seems as though you will need to be clear in your mind about your desire, in order to guarantee your success. Do not go into any situations half heartedly at the time, as they are more likely to fail. It is your strength and determination that will carry you through. Be strong in your convictions.

Gemini:

Time to strike out and get creative… this is an excellent time for you to pick up any old hobbies or start some new ones, as your creativity comes to the forefront this month. This will provide you with an excellent outlet for any stress or tension that you may be carrying. There may also be opportunities for hobbies to become more full time and perhaps open up a work opportunity for you. How fantastic! The ability to be able to do something that you truly love, no day at work can be a chore then. You may also need to look out for unfinished projects too. This is not such a great time for leaving masterpieces incomplete, do you best to finish what you started.

Cancer:

This is a quieter month for you, a month that will permit you time for some inner contemplation and reflection. There is a sense of you maybe even wanting to withdraw from everything and everyone around you. It may be deemed as you being moody and sulky, but you are just trying to gather your thoughts and find meaning and sense amongst the confusion. There are tasks here that you wish to complete, but now is not the time for you to push ahead. Now is the time for you to go within and connect with your inner world. The chaos outside will continue without you. Some time for yourself is long overdue.

Leo:

A busy month for you on the communication front, so don’t be surprised to find loved ones from the past getting in touch and new romantic links coming forward. Someone is coming forth with gifts and praise for you. Keep an open heart and mind. You are also in a particularly good phase this month as life for you seems much clearer, at least the direction in which you are heading. There is a sense of everything having clicked into place of late. The stress and worry banished, allowing your inner creativity to come forth and shower all with your wonderful ideas. Keep it up, there is much more to come here and don’t be surprised to find this being a very intuitive process.

Virgo:

You may have had some financial concerns of late, but the pennies are soon to poor down on you. Expect cash from unexpected sources. This could be money that has been forgotten about in accounts, mystery benefactors or someone who feels that you are in need of a break. Those of you in search of work may also strike lucky this month too. Count your blessings and watch them multiply. You are asked to share what comes to you, where you can, no matter how small it is the thought that always counts. There is always someone less fortunate and it is easy for us to become caught up in our own financial drama.

Libra:

A beautiful month lies ahead for you. There is a sense of plans coming to fruition and the universe has noted your long hard wait and patience has paid off, you can expect to begin enjoying the fruits of your labour very soon. It really does feel long overdue. There is also a sense of pride where family matters are concerned. There is a sense of everyone pulling together at this time and sharing some special moments, creating new memories, beautiful times to treasure and behold. Enjoy!

Scorpio:

You need to cut through the debris this month and you need to be a little more feisty than normal. Not all is as it seems around you and you are nobody’s fool. Trust your instincts this month, they are as acute as ever. There will be opportunities to turn around these negative situations but it will require some clear thought and action on your part. Don’t be afraid to ask questions to get the information you require and once you start, ensure that you see it right through to the end. Never a good thing to start something and be too lazy to finish it, it will not reflect back well upon, especially around work situations.

Sagittarius:

Progress is with you this month. You are are standing tall and strong as ever. You have overcome a lot of rubbish the past month to reach this point it seems, tying up loose ends and sorting out the wheat from the chaff. There may have been some exists in your life too, but now you are ready to get things back on track. This month is all about new beginnings for you and striking whilst the iron is hot. The doors are open for you, all you need to do is step through them. You deserve this break and it is long overdue. Victory is yours, be thankful, as there were moments when you thought you might never make it.

Capricorn:

There may be some new work opportunities to pop up around you this month, as there is a lot of communication and messages going back and forth. There could be ideas that were put on the back burner that are going to be given an opportunity to step forward and be taken to the next level, there is a sense of these being ideas that were perhaps even forgotten. You have full control here this month, but the right people are here to help you make those dreams a reality. Allow the fire in your belly to be the driving force this month, pour all that passion into your projects!

Aquarius:

You are a little undecided here as to what to do, life is lot like a juggling act at the moment, you may even question if the right choices have been made here and wonder if the chaos around you is merely for the benefit and entertainment of others. Fear not, that is far from the case. You are reminded of your place in the grander scheme of things and your present circumstance is not random fluke, but choice and Divine timing. You may question the how or why, but the path is the right one for you and the rewards further down the line will be great. At the moment you have to just keep focused on the many things, until you reach that quieter and more comfortable zone that permits you to let your hair down.

Pisces:

You are asked to connect with your intuitive side this month, as your emotions become more balanced. You are sometimes guilty of taking things out of context or at times become self absorbed by your own mental and emotional state. There is an olive branch being given to you this month and a chance for you to share your woes. You may even surprise yourself and find that in sharing you will lighten your energetic load and mood greatly. What have you got to lose by trying it? Angelscopes for April 2012

Aries:

April is really going to be your month it seems. There is a lot of communication that comes in around you; there is also a sense of obstacles being removed here for you to. Things that once seemed out of reach now seem possible. There are opportunities here for you to get your point across and I don’t feel that this will just be mere lip service; I really feel your message is going to be heard and understood, loud and clear. People are very interested in what you have to say right now. Don’t be surprised if things around you begin to move very swiftly!

Taurus:

It is all big smiles with for you this month. I see an opportunity to look and plan ahead. Some beautiful opportunities are in the pipeline for you. You know how to enjoy life and make the most of your many blessings. Holidays and travel are indicated for you this month, but some of these plans also seem to tie in with your future. You know you are at your best when you are not weighed down by the stress and strains of work, you can give more to those you love, so good for you planning the breaks in advance, you so deserve it!

Gemini:

This is going to be a busy month for you dear Gemini. You know life is sometimes like busses, one minute there aren’t any the next they all come at once and this seems to apply to your social life. It feels as though things may have been a little quiet of late, but this month will certainly make up for it. There are parties, social gatherings and family do’s a plenty it seems. Expect lots of invites in the manner of all shapes and sizes. It feels as though it will do you good to let your hair down and remember how it feels to throw caution to the wind, enjoy!

Cancer:

Money may not be so great for you this month, but remember that every cloud has a silver lining. There may be help to come from unexpected sources. You are asked to not neglect yourself and do not suffer in silence or go without what you need. You can sometimes be your own worst enemy, playing things down that are sometimes more serious or need the help of another. Do not let your pride get in the way here. Don’t be surprised to find your body in a little need of nurturing too. Honour the signs it gives you.

Leo:

You are finally moving forward and soon the end will be in sight. Things are becoming a little clearer around you, the end goal is in sight, however, there are moments when you doubt this and question too much. You need to stay focused on that end goal. Do not allow your faith to waiver here. Your strength and determination have brought you this far, do not start to question things when you are just at the final hurdle… time to take one for the team, the team of your mind, body and spirit, keep on, you can do this!

Virgo:

It seems to be all work, work, work! Let’s be honest Virgo, you love to work and working is what you do best. You feel out on a limb when you are not buried within a task or work priority, but even you sometimes like to take a break, but this month is certainly not going to be break time for you. You are finally making some in roads here. The right connections and links are being made and you are exactly where you need to be here. Financial improvements are underway and things are looking a whole lot better for you in the months to come. As you now put your back into the important foundations.

Libra:

Love is in the air! Your cup runneth over this month. You feel at peace within yourself and with all that are around you. It feels as though an emotional clearing has taken place within and around you this past month, regardless of whether or not you have noticed it. New beginnings are aplenty here for you and there is some fun to be had here. Energetically, your whole being feels so much lighter! As you ooze love, joy and abundance from every pore! Scorpio:

Eenie, meanie, minie, mo…. Decisions, decisions and you are clearly spoilt for choice at present. It seems you are feeling the urge to do things a little different this month which is fine, but the only downside is that you don’t have a clue as to what it is you should be doing and you know what they say… When you are uncertain, it is better to not take action. You are overlooking all what is already present around you. It is time for you to take a new look at your surroundings with fresh eyes, do you really know how good things are for you? Don’t wear yourself out with status anxiety.

Sagittarius:

If you wish upon a star…. Now is the time for you to make your dreams happen and allow them to come alive. You may not have had the best few months of late and things may have been a little up and down, not always going to plan, but that doesn’t mean you should forget about your original plans and intentions. This seems to be a test of your faith really. Your dreams really will come alive if you permit them to and this means you may need to invest a little bit of time and effort into making that happen. No one has more passion for this than you. Forget the troubles and move on.

Capricorn:

Do not worry dear Capricorn, as worrying so often can be one of your favourite pastimes. Everything you have worked towards will soon come to fruition. The fruits of your labour are to be guaranteed. Know that the rewards are coming and don’t doubt it! Expect some recognition this month in the work arena and it seems that this will open up new possibilities for you too. It is time to ready yourself for the new doors that are opening and the new journeys which beckon. This is just the beginning!

Aquarius: 

Oh you seem a little anxious, but this month you are asked to try and let things go a little. There is a lot more balance and harmony to come forth around you, which seems to be greatly needed at this time. I also feel that your hardships are going to be recognised by others in order to bring about a new understanding. Breathe a sigh of relief and try to take it all in your stride. You are more in control than what you think. Don’t be fool and underestimate yourself or play your many skills and talents down.

Pisces:

The wheel is turning and doors are opening for you, however, not all that glitters is gold. There are nice dreams to dream here some of which will be reality and others that will not. Amongst your choices you must find the one that resonates with you the most and will bring the most joy and fulfilment to you in the long term. Regardless of how shiny things may look in the beginning, they may not stand the test of time and be so sparkly at the end. If you follow your heart you will choose wisely. Happy New Year to you all and welcome to 2012!!!!!!!!!! Hurrah!!!!!!!!!!

So now the end of year festivities have been and gone, we wake on 1st January and find ourselves wondering what on earth will lie ahead for us in this coming year.

There are various theories about 2012 and some people even say that the world will end; take a look at the Hollywood movie that shows natural disaster, epic, global scale. For many this is anticipated as a year of great change and the latter is something that I strongly connect with.

Before I go any further, I would just like to clear something up... my own personal truth does not connect with the world ending and personally believes this to be a load of old tosh… yes there are a lot of theories based on the Mayan calendar that some truly do believe and that is ok, that is their personal truth. I am not discrediting any theories here, it’s just not really relevant to my own personal truth and feelings about 2012, so please don’t think me ignorant here, however, I would just like to say my own understand of the Mayan calendar etc is quite simplistic and is this:

The Mayans studied the planets and had great understanding and knowledge of the cosmos, as many of the ancients did, in some ways, their knowledge is more advanced than our own is today and I see society, maybe turning back to the old ways slightly in the years ahead to come. They kept records of all the planetary alignments and what they recorded for this period was a great shift and change of the energies alignment which differed greatly to the many other years that they had recorded. The saying “As above, so below” for me, explains the Mayan theory. If we have great planetary shifts, it does obviously have some impact on the rest of us here in the solar system, i.e. us here on earth and it is safe to see that in the 2 years leading up to 2012… we have witnessed, some major natural disasters and catastrophes on a global scale that have taken us all by surprise, but for me, I personally believe that this all links in. The world as we know it is changing, the earth’s plates and shifting and in the months and years to come there will be even bigger changes that we will witness… but this is about evolution and for me, that is life, ever changing.

So Mayans aside....

The way I tend to view things is by looking into the numerology and I can do this by adding together the numbers that make up 2012 until I come to a single digit and if you've done the math you will know this to be the number 5.

And there you have it! The year 2012 is a 5 year.

The energy of the 5 for me links with change, flexibility, travel. It also brings in a very dynamic energy and with that comes a lot of opportunities.

If we take the number 5 to the tarot now and in look in the major arcana, we will find that the corresponding card, will be the Hierophant and by delving into the energy and meaning of the Hierophant, it will give us a good indication of what this year will hold for many of us.

Ok so here we have a traditional image of the Hierophant and his themes are as follows:

• Tradition

• Religion

• Spirituality

• Conformity

• Respect

• Establishment

• Ceremony

• Knowledge

• Law

• Values

• Morality

• Education

• Wisdom

• Justice

He is clearly a religious and spiritual man, a teacher and guide for others. He is happy and only too willing to help others along their spiritual path, signposting the way.

He is symbolic of the establishment too and shows us an aspect of conformity here and that things must be just and right.

This man has great wisdom and knowledge, but this is not easily acquired, he has study and also gained some of that wisdom through life experience and this is what makes him so able to help others. He has a presence that commands respect too, but this is respect that is earned I feel. There are no shortcuts here with this man, he does things properly and you can expect grand gestures here. Wedding ceremonies comes to mind, as does graduation and other formalities.

The keys in the picture really stand out for me and with this I see great opportunity. The keys are presented to us and keys naturally allow us to unlock something, be it doors or cases etc, but this holds promise I feel, could even link in with premises for either home or business.

There is a strong sense of legality here too and those of you that are UK based and maybe some of you overseas will also have heard about a very prominent legal case here in the UK, involving the murder of a young man named Stephen Lawrence, all the way back in 1993. This was a vicious, racist attack that took place in London and sadly there were many failings by the police and authorities that prevented the killers of this heinous crime being convicted and brought to justice. The young man mother, a truly remarkable soul fought tirelessly for nineteen years, with several attempts at bringing those who were guilty to justice and now in the year of 2012 justice has finally been served. So now as you look at the themes and energy of the “Hierophant” it really is no surprise that justice has finally been served, in the year of the “Hierophant and “5” year energy… amazing eh!

I feel it is safe to say that we can certainly hope to see more of this energy coming in, great changes, truth being ousted and justice being readily served, how wonderful!

So maybe now armed with all this knowledge, you can look at some of the themes here and maybe see how they might tie in with your life this year in 2012, there is some great food for thought here I feel.
